Neutrophil Count

Hi

Been on Benepali for 18 weeks.

Got bloods done recently and discovered my WBC (Neutrophils) was down at 1.5. My normal range is 3.0 to 4.0

I think a healthy person (no RA or PA) count if around 8.0 to 11.0.

Anyone else aware of similar impact from Benepali?

Hi I have a infection of the gallbladder at the moment so my bloods will be all over the place but I'm getting stronger every day so after this week I should be fine

Have you been in touch with doctor? It's low, so needs discussing before your next dose.

My mtx sometimes lowers my neutrophilis to 1.3 and my doctor says if it doesn't bounce back next month then I would have to change meds. It always bounces back to 1.9 -2.3

I'm off all Ra meds at the moment antibiotics don't Finnish until Saturday so I can't start using them until then

My neutrophils are constantly low - around the 0.9 -1.5 mark. I take Humira, methotrexate and leflunomide. I have to come off the methotrexate every so often to get it back up - the downside of the mess we take 😒
