Rash on hands. Sorry upside down!

Had it for ages on both hands.

I had bad rash when was put on hydroxychloroquine tablets..itched like mad too..hence allergic..x

This looks very like the mottled appearance that I have had for years on the palms of my hands (it's on my feet too but not so easy to see). I'm assured that it is very common in RD and represents some sort of vasculitis which the rheumy team are not concerned about!

There was a post a few days ago too from someone showing much the same thing. Have a search!

Hi. I've been worried about this too. Forgot to show rheumatologist.

It doesn't itch, but looks worse on some days than others. It is a kind of weird mottling under the skin.
