Hi there I have had to come off methotrexate because of high liver function went to see my consultant today and she said about trying same injection the only thing is she didn't go into much detail because it very cost-effective and has to be approved by the health people does anyone no anything about this injection I'm sorry I can't give you anymore details just I don't no and don't no the name for it it is to treat my spondylitis arthritis

If you have ankylosing spondylitis then she is probabaly talking about biologics which are usually by injection. They are very expensive which is why she will have to get approval for the funding. NRAS have a useful booklet on biologics that you can see here.
