Three Counties NRAS Group (Surrey/Hants/Berks)
This group meets at St. Francis Church Hall, 121 Upper Chobham Road, Frimley, Surrey, GU15 1EE bi-monthly on a Tuesday from 7:00pm-9:00pm. Meetings are open to anyone living with RA, JIA and inflammatory arthritis.
Next meeting: 21st March - Guest speaker: Amit Sahni, Rheumatology & Biologics Pharmacist will present: 'General information to understanding our medications'.
Isle of Wight NRAS Group
Bi-monthly meetings are held at Laidlaw Day Hospital, St Mary's Hospital Campus, Dodnor Lane, Newport, Isle of Wight on a Thursday from 7:00pm - 9:00pm unless otherwise stated. For more information and for details of future meetings please visit the Isle of Wight NRAS group website.

St. Helen’s NRAS Group
This group meets every other month in Room 8 at St. Helens Town Hall, Victoria Square, St. Helen’s, WA10 1HP from 6.30pm to 8pm. There is a free car park at the back of the Town Hall (take first right off Birchley St.) and disabled
access via a lift to the left of the front steps.

West Wales NRAS Group
Ongoing group meetings will take place in the Renal Unit Seminar Room at Withybush General Hospital, Fishguard Rd, Haverfordwest SA61 2PZ (the entrance to the Renal Unit is just left of the main hospital entrance and the seminar room is sign posted from the entrance).
Next meeting: Thursday 23rd March 2017 from 6.30pm - the speaker is from Snowdrop Mobility who will talk about objects that we can use to help us day to day. There will be items available to buy and there will be a 10% discount.
