I have this problem anout 2months ago If I touch my hair its hurt,causing bells ringing in my left ear,

That's not good, what does your GP say about it? In between don't touch it. There are a few things that may course things like, maybe that it could be a side effect from your medication, wishing you a speedy recovery.
