Hopefully none! The majority of people don't have any, although could get some nausea in first few weeks while you adjust. Hope OT works for you.

Only just taken my third dose so not exactly an expert. Loads of people get few/no side effects because, as pipcat15 says, we all react differently. I take mine with my evening meal with a large glass of water and apart from slight nausea that's it. A cup of coffee and a couple of ginger nuts helps me. In fact anything gingery - yum

None, the odds are you'll be fine.

According to NRAS up to 30% have side effects on MTX so my thoughts are try not to focus on what you might experience, turn it round to it working. I've been on it 8 years & whilst I did have a few when I first started it they settled the longer I took it. Bear in mind that sites such as ours aren't representative, most people are fine & doing well so have no need to be here. Folic acid helps so if you weren't prescribed any do ask your prescriber.

I had no noticeable symptoms from MTX. Good luck!

I have zero symptoms from MTX other than some hair loss. I was worried at first too, but I had no need to be!

I'm about six months in to mtx and I've been fine. As others have said, I take mine after my evening meal and go to bed early. I'm a bit more tired the next morning but otherwise no problem. And it's kept my RA symptoms at bay, thank goodness.

Hope it works well for you too.

Best wishes
