Biting Cold

Just got back in from work...... Blummin heck that cold air is biting, my joints are so painful. I now know which other joints are starting to get the OA effect. I could hardly turn the key in the front door quick enough.

Now have to the comfort of a hot black coffee, hot water bottle & slippers...... leading the glamorous life ay 😉

So now for a slow warming up prsnt with the nice lavendar relaxing smells, and hopefully a warm blanket to snuggle down with, preferably withthe one you love - mines the dog, nd watch a good movie or just fall asleep I I did til 1.30 then when I got to bed had to read as I couldn't sleep!
