Thanks for remembering and asking. In truth , I haven't been to see about it yet as the next again day ( and since) it was more of Anna he and not the searing pain that it was so I'm Thinking possibly I just strained myself?

However, I had my toes broken and pins put in them in July as well as tendons cut and teatt bed and 4 of the 5 toes remain broken and won't set so I'll be seeing the surgeon again in a couple of weeks and will mention my heel to Him then.

marie your poor toes wonder what they will do now you have been through the mill and back glad the heel not so painfull at the moment are u still in pain with other 4 toes thats not healing or does pain go when they cut tendons hope u ok and having reasonably nice day take care mary xx

Hi Mary

I still have the moon boot and I can walk in this fine - aches after a few hours but not a significant problem. However, if I take the boot off the toes hurt when standing one walking and I find I walk on the side of my foot. They kill me if I try to put a regular shoe on though !

Saw surgeon before Christmas and he suggested we leave them alone in the hope that they would naturally mend, if not then I'm looking at revision surgery.

Heading home from work now after no sleep ( took methotrexate last night) and honestly, it feels like my toes are the least of my worries - especially knowing that as soon as I'm home it's dinner, homework etc x
