Well today I planned loads.

Sit down, do cross stitch. Plan the sampler.

Prepare a meal for tonight.

Achieved: achey fingers.

So cross stitch out, planning the sampler out, peel carrots - going to have a try.

Attitude: FED UP.

So where are the scissors?

Oh yes - that's the most frustrating thing about RD - all those favourite relax past times - knitting - no - sewing -no - drawing -no- gardening -no - You start with enthusiasm when you feel you can, and then pay the price. GRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh I do so know! There are so many things "to do" on my list which won't get done today as it's not a good day.

Oh yes, from throbbing to stabbing. I find it's the gentler actions that really catch it. Lifting heavy kit doesn't hurt at the time (saving it up for later!) but the wee movements are when it gets me.

Frustrating isn't it? I'd hoped to finish some more knitting today and cross something off my ever-growing list. Never mind. I doubt if any of the grandkids will freeze just yet
