NRAS Group Meetings—Week Commencing 5th December 2016

Medway NRAS Group

Future meetings of the Medway NRAS Group are taking place in the Blue Room at Gillingham Methodist Church, 100 Third Avenue, Gillingham, Kent, ME7 2LU (unfortunately, there is no car park but on street parking close by is available) bi-monthly on a Monday from 7pm-9pm.

5th December - Pre-Christmas Social Evening with Grand Raffle

Bolton NRAS Group

This NRAS group is coordinated by NRAS Members with the help and support of Senior Sister Beverley Travers. 2016 meetings will take place on the first Tuesday of each month (February - December) at Bolton One, Moor Road, Bolton, BL3 5BN from 2.00pm-4.00pm.

6th December - Christmas Party

North Hampshire & Winchester NRAS Group

The following dates for group meetings are to be held at Central 40, Chineham Park, Basingstoke RG24 8WG on a Wednesday from 7:00pm-9:00pm.

7th December - Christmas social - starting with a quiz, followed by a fun beetle drive. Come and enjoy seasonal nibbles, Bucks Fizz and a free raffle as well as friendship, laughter and shared festivity. Enjoyment guaranteed!

Southend-on-Sea NRAS Group

Meetings take place bi-monthly in the Meeting Room at the Salvation Army Citadel (opposite Morrisons), 146-148 London Road, Hadleigh, Essex, SS7 2PF from 2:00-3:30pm.

Wednesday 7th December - Group Coordinator Claire will be hosting a Christmas social with mince pies and treats and use it as an opportunity to see what attendees want from the group in 2017, discussing areas such as - venue, location, timings and other activities. All are welcome to attend.

Warwickshire NRAS Group

7th December - Christmas social evening taking place at the Bacco Lounge,16 Regent Street, Rugby, CV21 2PY. The Group Coordinators will be there from 7pm to meet you and you are welcome to have food and drinks whilst enjoying a festive get together with the group!

North Durham NRAS Group

The group meets 4 times a year at All Saints Catholic Church, Kitswell Road, Lanchester, DH7 0JH on a Thursday from 7:00pm-9:00pm. There will also be a raffle and refreshments at the meetings.

8th December - 'Surgical Management of Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis in the Hand and Wrist' presented by Jeff Auyeung, Consultant Surgeon, CDDFT

Pembury & Tunbridge Wells NRAS Group

NRAS Volunteer Members co-ordinate this group and hold their bi-monthly meetings at Langton Green Village Hall, Speldhurst Road, TN3 0JJ on a Thursday from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.

8th December - Guest speaker Dr. M. Batley will be taking questions and answers

West Suffolk NRAS Group

The West Suffolk NRAS group meet every other month on a Thursday at Southgate Community Centre, Caie Walk, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk IP33 2PJ (for sat nav please use postcode: IP33 2QA) from 6:45pm-8:15pm.

8th December - Guest speaker Ruth Slack, Rheumatology Specialist Nurse will host a Q&A session

You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
