Throat infection again

Thankfully the steroids have calmed my flare but I now have a throat infection where does this end 😩

Hope you get the infection under control soon. It is harder to shake them off with the meds we take. Try to rest and give yourself the best chance of recovery.

Unfortunately it's that time of year again, have been trying to avoid people with infections, almost impossible, when I get a cold or infections can't shake it off for ages with the immune suppressant we take. Take care of yourself.

No doubt you are already doing this but if not gargle a few times a day with saline (salty water).

We should make like the Japanese, and if you have a cold bug you wear a mask to cover your nose and mouth in public. That would certainly help us guys who are more susceptible to bugs and who take ages to recover from said bugs when we get them.
