Hi I’ve not injected this week as I have a bad throat infection phlegm and temperature. I’ve been keeping warm, plenty hot drinks but four days on, I’m not improving very much. I’m still taking my hydroxy and anti inflammatories but when’s a cold not a cold and when’s it time to seek medical help? Any thoughts? ((Hugs)) M x

Only my opinion but I think I'd go to your docs if your throat is still bad after 4 days. Two reasons really, our lowered immune system can make normally mild things worse for us and also I wouldn't want to miss too many doses of methotrexate as I'd be afraid my RD would flare. Hope you get sorted and start to feel better soon, good luck.
I agree with Dobcross , you should go to the gp , especially if you have phlegm and a temperature. It’s better to be safe , i tried to battle on and ended up with bronchitis ☹️
Wow a week on and I'm just starting to get a bit better! I guess our lowered immune system really does make any infection the devil to get rid of! M x
