I am carol I am 54 and have had Rheumatoid Arthritis and osteoarthritis for over twenty years I snap crackle pop every day my walking is slow now I have a very bad hip have had one knee op my hands are very bad I haven't cooked for two years my meds ruined my stomach so now no meds my medicine my family and laughter and a Brill hubby

carol i read your post interesting to read u are taking no medication for ra i have been on methotrexate for 8 yrs but i stopped all medication 2 months ago due to certain side effects at the moment i am coping well how long u been without medication i still take tramadol which i find is a good help
