Hi everyone, wanted to share my positivity 👯👍😀 after all the misery I've been posting !!! And may I say it's you all that have replied that have kept me going ❤️So thank you . I have had a great day X managed work, went for a walk, and went to Aqua aerobics today and I feel FAB - Ok it may change tomorrow or the next day? But YOU CAN feel human again 😘😘 Good luck and pain free days to you all 😘😘😘

Have to say I'm up there too!! 24000 steps at work (really nice day) got home and cooked dinner and now relaxing. Not even tired yet!
