God only knows, it is difficult for me to travel long distances as it is and we have to stop several times on the way.I have put the heated seat in my side of the car ready and i have the heat on my back as i am typing this.xxx

Heated pads etc are good, but the journeys going to be very demanding for you. How long you away for ? We look forward to holidays etc then when time comes it can be so overwhelming with all the prep, packing etc. really hope you have some relief from your pain to enjoy your holiday, specially as weather supposed to be fairly good this week.

I have two holidays,tomorrow we go to Combe Martin in Devon until Friday then again on Monday to Skegness for five days as i have a friend who lives there. Then i hope thats us done for the year.xxxxx

Crikey Sylvi that's a bit challenging !! Thing is if pain not going away, you might as well suffer it sitting on a lovely beach, breathing in good sea air and having a chill out and change of scene. Easier said than done, I know. Wish I was coming with you, thinking of sea air and sunshine got me going, haha xxxxx

Well not meaning to try and steal you post but u know me gonna tell u anyway ! I got another bad infection after this Rituximab, my sugars went sky high, my white blood cells through the roof , three days of steroids ( ongoing now for next six weeks then low dose for six months) feeling SO ill, doc says I'll take a blood test to see if u can travel😱

A fee days later after antibiotics and steroids I have the blood test and its come back ok!!!! Yeah ok I can fly tomorrow🎉

So yep it will be exhausting etc but then I can sit and have my meals and drinks brought to me !

So I hope your back does the same as my infection and gets itself sorted before tomorrow!

Tomorrow I shall have hubby , daughter and as many Turkish waiters as possible " serving me" darlink!

Blimey Sulvi another holiday- you're a full time tourist.

I love Combe Martin and the surrounding area.

Have a lovely time and I hope the journey doesn't take too much out of you.Have plenty of breaks and get out and about and stretch your legs.

Enjoy yourself but don't overdo it.

Is the car big enough to put a single mattress down and sleep on.... That's what we do but we do have a Picasso (well my other 1/2 does. I have an Aygo!!!). I'm off to Devon myself in two weeks for mum's 80th so I will kip part way down so I'm not to fatigued when we get there Have a great time

No it is a fairly big car,but the boot is taken up with my scooterb so everything goes into the back.xxxxx

Oh Sylvi I do hope you feel better soon. I know what you mean about travelling long journeys. We go away Oct 2nd and I am so hoping I don't get worse but we are on a ship so at least I can go lie down as and when I need too.

Oh, Sylvi, you really seem to suffer! Hope you cope with the journey Ok and enjoy your time away.

Devon is beautiful. Can't say the same for Skegness! We live on the east coast and it is our nearest resort, but we always head south into Norfolk for a day out by the sea.

Sorry you are hurting hopefully you will be better when you leave on your trip. On a good note, you have a lovely garden. I love dahlias!! I have 10 dinner plate (huge 6 feet tall) dahlias.
