Unfortunately restless legs go hand in hand with lots of different illnesses. It's something I get and hate lol.

You should ask for diydrocoadine take 2 at night that helps

hi beeckey - I know - it's kind of like the "never ending mystery disease", you never know what is next. Yes, RLS goes hand in hand with it unfortunately, and is usually part of the reason for insomnia. I have it too, and I do a couple of things - I put Volateren gel (script thing), or some homemade pain control oil on (just mix EV Raw coconut oil with lavender, peppermint, thyme and rosemary oils - a few drops of each in 1/2 cup cold / cooled oil), then rub it on the parts of your legs that are reactive. For me it is the shins, but it varies person to person. Then put on some long cotton socks (I snag my hubby's) and that will usually calm everything down. You could also try spritzing your feet / legs with teas made of soothing herbs like chamomile, or catnip (might have to fight the kitty for it) :-).

We also took all wireless stuff out of the bedroom and got some tourmaline bracelets (one for each hand), which grounds the body and our sleep has gotten better by a huge amount (probably at least 50%)

Good luck with getting this under control
