P.I.P. update

Hi All,

I thought I would let you know about my latest PIP info. I asked for a mandatory reconsideration, I had a telephone call from a case manager and I submitted a letter from my GP and used the form that was on a post on here to write why I disagreed with the decision.

Thankfully the decision has been changed in my favour I believe it was the letter from my GP that clinched it. Sadly the decision did not come through in time to ave my motability car and I did not qualify for the £2,000.

This saga is gladly over for me as it has had a detrimental affect to my health and well being. Hopefully now all the stress is behind me I can get back to some form of normality.

If anyone is going through PIP process my advice would be record your face to face assessment and get GP/Specialists letters setting out the problems you have with care and mobility and hopefully sence will prevail.
