When is my life going to get any better,god only knows because i don't....

Well i woke up this morning feeling worse than i did yesterday when we left Salisbury. Rang and cancelled asthma nurse and got a telephone call from my dr. My mri results are back as well and i have to speak to him about them then.

Doctor just rang and he is giving me amoxcillion for my chest and he tells me that i have a compressed disc in my lower back and it is trapping a nerve. He is reffering me to a neuro surgeon to have a look at me.

So here i am feeling lousy and i am wondering when is things going to get better for me. It seems one thing after another for me this year.xxxxx

Dear poor sylvi,

It is very hard at time when we RA patients have some other complication. RA is bad enough, but something else that comes along, really killing us. Anyhow, just hang on there until your neurologist checks you out, I am sure you will feel better after he gives you the medication.

Well Sylvia , sorry to hear you are in so much pain but at last you know what is causing the back pain. If its trapping a nerve then that answers the leg and maybe arm/finger pain. I hope its something that can be sorted and quick.

I know the feeling. Have had several surgery.s last years.
