Did some of my sons garden in his new house,yes you've guessed it i overdid it..................

My son moved into his new house on Friday and on Saturday they started moving theie stuff into the house. Well i knew i couldn't do any of the lifting so i set about foing his garden. The intention was to do only one side yesterday,well yes you guessed it i didn't stop. His garden is overrun with ivy and weeds. The lawn is cut short which was a good thing. He has some lovely fruit trees in his garden,but some of them have a lot of ivy round them,so i made a start on that and you know what ivy is like.My dil did make me stop and told me to sit down which i conceded too as by them i had had enough. I got home and all i did was sit until it was bath time and then i laid on my bed the rest of the evening. My god do i hurt my fingers are so sore, my neck is screaming at me as well,my back doesn't like me this morning either and my face well i don't know what its problem is,but it doesn't like me this morning.LOL. I was supposed to go out this morning to a memorial service,but i feel it is in my best interest to stay put and rest,so that is what i am going to do. I would like to go to Stratford on Avon,but my body and health is more important. Enjoy your Sunday everyone,oodles of love from me to you all.xxxxxx

Hi sylvi I can sympathise with you we were away to Edinburgh on Friday and came back yesterday just a flying visit to get the car serviced, I I drove there and back and this morning I couldn't get out of bed until 11 o clock as everywhere was hurting plus during the night I thought my body was going to explode it was that hot, but we think we can do it when we clearly can't hope you have a good day xxx

We never learn do we? We have all done it. I can't offer any advice except heat and rest....until the next time x

I did nothing yesterday at all apart from drive the car for son and his wife to get their mattress from their flat to their new home.xxx
