Drained this morning

Got up feeling drained today. Took me awhile to get my energy back. But after I did I feel good. First time in a long time thank the Lord.

I pretty much always wake up feeling like everything is a struggle, and then often when I 'get going' some of the pain goes away and I'm usually ok till bedtime. Then the sciatica kicks in again. 😱

That's what happened. And didn't get any sleep till 2 this morning

Yeah - I feel your pain.

It has been getting better for me recently but I remember only too well being in too much pain to sleep. I still wake up repeatedly through the night and have to move to relieve the pain a bit.

God I used to love the simple pleasure of just lying in bed.
