I am meant to be flying to Greece on Thursday and have developed a head cold my first in over a year!
I am on Hydroxychloroquine, Sulphasalizine, Methotrexate plus Naproxen. Can I take decongestants etc.
Should I even go?

You could check with your pharmacist for advice - i can a bad cold before biologic treatment and i steamed 3 times a day , gargled with salt and used saline nasal spray . This actually worked!! I hope you have a wonderful holiday ☀️☀️☀️☀️
Hi Millie. What a bummer. Do you have a fever and how wretched do you feel? If you could ring your doctor just to be safe. I hope it clears up and you have a wonderful time.

Always best to talk to your own doctors as we don't know your medical history so advice could be wrong for you. All I can say is for myself in those situation I carry on as normal, ie carry on with my RA meds and use things like night nurse to help the cold feel better.
Don't let a head cold stop a holiday, the sun will make you feel better.. the group of people who should not decongestants are people taking blood pressure medication, your local chemist should have a record of all your medication and can advise accordingly
Check with pharmacy then get good insurance and enjoy your holiday.I live for mine.It gets me out of house
Typical. Check with your Dr.or pharmacist to see what you can safely take. Maybe the old-fashioned Vick dissolved in a bowl of hot water towel over head and inhaling will help.
Eat plenty of oranges to get Vit C in you.
Do not forget your passport and have a super sun soaked holiday.
