Well what a day. This morning i went to town with hubby while he tool our daughter shopping for groceries. I needed some new knickers for the holiday. So i trundled round on my scooter and got them and some glitter pens, new slippers,oh and a new handbag, well a girls gotta do what a girls gotta to now hasn't she. Anyway we came home amd put everything away and we had lunch, and as hubby was clearing up  i got the hoover out and did the floor for him. Well that was a mistake wasn't it as now i am suffering with pain and exhaustion/fatigue. So i am here on my recliner resting while he goes down the allotment to check everything is alright and set some more seeds before we go away.xxxxxxx

The is enough for one day and then to help put the shopping away, that is over doing it. The hoovering is classed as heavy work, so should be avoided at all times. I do mine and have several sit breaks usual drink some tea i made earlier. Now you have got enforced rest because you hurt. Well i think i will have to say again do a bit rest a bit. lol.

 Sending you hugs. XXX

Chris

P.S. Thats how my daughters speak to me, no affenceXXX

You did all that in 1 day :) it takes me over an hour just to get the duvet cover on and that doesn't include the breaks I have to take. Hoovering is my only task for a day, dusting for another etc. I hoping I can get a cleaner to do it for me so I can actually enjoy my odd days out. I plan the entire housework and shopping routine over a month, yes that includes my bedding, so it will be much better when I have a cleaner in every week, now that I have my PIP I can afford to pay for it.

I have just finished, unsucessfully, the EU campaign and was out last Sunday, for 6 hours, at a street stall, I dosed up, heavily, on painkillers for the day and woke on Monday, unable to move, it took me over 2 hours to get out of bed. I am glad it is over, but not the result, as I now know what I can't do, I will be paying for it all weekend and well into next week, I will stick to my internet campaigning in future, there is not much else I can do with my time except keep the bureaucrats in their place.
