That's what I was thinking, because there is no mention of money or anyone saying buy this because it cured me in ten minutes flat, I hope they can develope this for the millions of us sufferers can get some blooming sleep without pain or confusion lol.

It's a very odd report. It doesn't unfortunately give a reference to the original research article to check, but the words used suggest that the person who wrote this does not have a scientific background and has not understood the original. I can't make sense of it. I will do a search and see if I can find out more.
