Well i had to go to the out of hours surgery this morning as i felt so unwell I thought it was a chest infection, doc. says it is a viral infection, aggravated by my asthma and he has given me seven days of steroids to help my breathing. Aw (((big hugs))) Sylvi. That is such a pain isn't it. Literally. If you're anything like I was when I was taking stetoids you'd be like superwoman. Hope you feel lots better soon.

I love your photo - we really need to get ourselves up there. Our local British Legion ran a trip there a while ago but unfortunately we couldn't go for some reason.

Sorry you're unwell but hope you feel better soon.  I had to comment as I was attracted by your lovely photo as first glance it looked like it was somewhere tropical!!  Have a nice afternoon x

Hope you feel better soon. I took my Mum to the Arboretium a few years ago when I was visiting  her near Tamworth. A special, moving place.

Hi Silvi,  Hope the steroids kick in and sought you out.  Love the pic. xx

Hope the steroids kick in soon !   Like you my asthma been playing me up, always does at this time of year, with me it's the daffs pollen and primroses etc.  Have had to move all my indoor plants and flowers yesterday as was struggling to breathe.

Do you use inhalers for your asthma?  MynGP makes me keep some steroid tablets at all times in case of bad asthma attack,,but I am trying not to take them because I always get such bad heart palpitations, but think I may have to start taking them as inhalers not enough today.   Xxxx

Trouble is when can't breathe it's hard to get a good blast from inhalers !  They gave me one of those expander things to pop the inhaler into the end of then breathe out of other end,,but it only helps teeny bit !!  It's always spring flowers that affect me, summer flowers I'm ok with, isn't that weird ???   Xxx
