Thats brilliant - I have been trying to lose weight too and have reached my goal of under 14 stone, (only 13.13 but its still under!). That's nearly a stone and half now. Might put it back on over Xmas! (Hope not!)

WOOHOO for you!!!! I'm so happy with your success!!! And one thing I've been meaning to tell you...NEVER let anyone tell you "well, you had surgery that's the easy way out!" People that haven't been through this surgery have no idea how hard the recovery from the actual surgery is. And from then on out, it's sheer will power on your part to lose the weight. It takes diligence to stay away from foods that will make your stomach stretch back out (soft drinks, etc.), and to also stay away from sugar foods and other foods that aren't good for weight loss. Be very proud of your success and keep up the great work!! Hugs!

Thank you all very much i am proud,but more proud of the fact you all took the time to congratulate me on this success and i am so glad i shared it with you all. I am an example to those who are wondering if they should go for the op that it does bring results and i do feel better without some of the drugs that i was on before the op.
