Hi guys, was recommended Gut by a friend, it's a really useful guide as to what happens to us (very interesting section on how we poo) and a good insight to how our internals work, I think You'll find it fascinating and some good advice on salivation and dryness especially useful for sjorgens. Written by a medic. Thoroughly recommend it! Big chunk on our immune systems too. It's a best seller and released this year.....
