Good morning.... Have any of you moved abroad and now live in the sunshine in a dry heat and have noticed the difference? Please can you let me know where? And how long you have been living there? And the May reason of course are you pain free?
Sunshine dry heat: Good morning.... Have any of you... - NRAS
Sunshine dry heat
I'm in Canada, so I guess that counts as abroad I live just a little north of the only true desert in Canada, and our summers get quite hot with lots of sun (we're typically above 30 for most of August) Sadly, dry heat has not proven any kinder on my joints than cool damp. I'm finding I do very best from about 20 to 25 C, with low humidity. The environment rarely complies

I live in the states in Tennessee and it gets VERY hot here. We are lucky this summer as it only hit 100 maybe a couple of days. It stayed the rest of the time in the 90s. Fall is just now coming on and it is supposed to be in the 80s tomorrow during the day and upper 50s at night...I can't wait! I REALLY hate the summer heat. It doesn't help my RA in the least and it hurts my mood a lot! LOL! I remember some years ago hearing of folks that moved to the desert areas of the US like Arizona for the dry heat, but I don't know that it really actually helped anyone. Sorry!
