just been to see rummey nurse and she said I am 2 points away from remission, they have put me down to 4grams of steroids and will see her again in a months time to see how am getting on. I forgot to tell her about my palpartations but will tell her next month if its still going on.

so am feeling pretty good at the moment and this is the best I have felt in a year!

just wanted to tell you all that there is light at the end of a very long tunnel.
