sure heat make's it worse

never seem to flair this bad in cooler months, is it just me?

Any temperature whether it rises or falls is a killer for me. I do have more trouble with the cold than the heat.

I will out side early morning before the sun is out, well when its not in the front garden and then the back and after the sun has gone thats the easiest way. Did the shopping yesterday when the shop opened at 8 am lovely and cool calm and not as hot.

I check bbc weather online daily, I can normally guess the humidity level going by pain levels and always get it right! Yesterday although hot the humidity was low and I felt good, today it's up again

I too always feel worse in the heat, everyone seems to think I should feel better in the summer, I also try to only go out when its cooler but sometimes you cant always plan. I think not being able to sleep doesn't help

Definitely worse in hot weather, more particularly hot and humid together when I grind to a halt - I think it's the humidity that's worst, which seems to be what the uk offers us! I always feel so much better on fresh dry days!

I'm used to the heat having lived in the Med but it's the humidity that gets me. Love it when it's sunny but has to be dry heat for me. Same with damp in winter, must be related the two being "water" in the air.

Like Wiliby I was at the shops super early this morning to ensure I could get a disabled space near the shopping centre, amongst other things I bought a China Glaze nail varnish & just looked at what it's called......Rainbow, hope it's not a bad omen!

Aching all over & I have to go to work after having 4 weeks off on the sick. Love the sun, hate the humidity.
