Still waiting on referral...

Been a wee while since I have posted but nothing much has changed...I did think it would be a good idea to stop my pain killers n naproxen...big mistake...I feel like I have been hit by a bus.....pushing through everyday for the sake of my 3 babies but it's so hard, couldn't even fasten the school buttons on my wee ones blouse and shirt this morning...phoning hospital when I get back home!! See if they can give me an rough time as when u should get seen x fingers crossed it's good news xxx

Nooo! If you have inflammation you need your NSAID, that goes for your pain relief too. But you've realised that so hopefully they'll have reduced it somewhat now. So, from the title I guess you've still not got a referral? I hope you've now been given some idea when you'll be seen, did you ring the Consultant's secretary or do you no know who you'll be referred to?

If you don't get a satisfactory reply from the hospital, it's worth asking your GP for help with getting seen sooner.

I would check the hospital have received your referral as in my experience they often go missing!
