Hi all

After 10 day of serious back pain in my lower back and stressing about it not being able to sit sleep it's finally gone over night the pain was unbearable , now it has gone no pain killers needed Could it have been a flare up in my lower back ? been told it's very rare that ra effects your lower back hoping now it stays a way do not need that in my life again ,

Its rare that RA affects your lower back, but lower back and sacroiliac pain is pretty much the hallmark of spondyloarthritis, which is the other main form of inflammatory arthritis.
