After 10 day of serious back pain in my lower back and stressing about it not being able to sit sleep it's finally gone over night the pain was unbearable , now it has gone no pain killers needed Could it have been a flare up in my lower back ? been told it's very rare that ra effects your lower back hoping now it stays a way do not need that in my life again ,

Its rare that RA affects your lower back, but lower back and sacroiliac pain is pretty much the hallmark of spondyloarthritis, which is the other main form of inflammatory arthritis.
