Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust are holding a Carers Stakeholder Event on the 25th March 2015 at the Oasis Centre, Queen Alexander Hospital.

The aim of the session is to:-

Receive an update on two local organisations that provide support to carers

Look at the needs of carers/families

Action planning - what more can we do to support carers

Group Work- meeting the needs of carers and family members looking after/living with someone with Arthritis or Connective Tissues Diseases

3:15- Group Work- action planning from earlier group work session

4:15- Closing remarks- way forward
