I am a walking disaster area..............

Thought i would try and help hubby by cleaning the front window after i had took the lights down. Now that was a stupid idea as i have broken a base to one of my vases and cut my finger into the bargain. Now hubby is cleaning the windows for me and hopefully i will be able to put the nets back up and all the stuff on the window sill.

My head feels all over the place as well which isn't helping either. I can't win whatever i do. The weather outside is still icy and foggy and it is nearly 11.20 am .

Oh dear Sylvi avoid any exertion where possible please - you know you're accident prone! Weather here is wild and windy but no ice to be seen anywhere at least. I'm staying indoors today while hubby walks the dogs!

I went back to bed darling. My head still feels funny, but not as bad as this morning thank goodness. I had been up since 5.30 am. So i must have needed the sleep. The weather here is still very foggy if anything it is thicker now than it was before i went to bed. xxxx

Oh Sylvi, but it's just so typical, one thing after another. I think you take it easy & just rest. I'll send you a bit of our sunshine, clear skies but very chilly here as the car insisted on telling us every time we got back in this morning, bing blinking bong! We're packing the decs away this afternoon too. Not looking forward to it. x

We want so much to be useful, don't we! I succeed in dropping the Christmas pudding. I should have known that it was too heavy for my pathetic wrists. I've taken to keeping some of my lights up all year, but I just don't switch them on. They are woven in and out of Venetian blinds, so a nightmare to take down.

We have a set of white light in our middle room so when i come downstairs during the night there is light for me to see so i don't fall over.xxxxx

All year round lights are a good thing I feel!

Oh dear Sylvi. Hope you have recovered now. I got a proper telling off from my hubby yesterday for trying to haul the artificial Christmas tree up the stairs (on my own and in one piece!). Well, sometimes you just get impatient waiting for them to do it Angela x
