why is it that on arthritis management on recipes you have cranberry cake but i was told not to eat cranberries course arthritis be worst same as for gout is this true

In the above diet sheet for gout, it does not specifically mention Cranberries, but it says 'any frutose in drinks'. I would take it that they mean the drink rather than cranberry as a fruit. I tend to follow the advise on this sheet as I have PsA and we are more susceptible to Gout. Hope this helps.
