Please find details of the NRAS group meetings taking place next week:

NRAS Group Meetings—Week Commencing 29th September 2014

Ashford NRAS Group

2014 meetings are to be held in the function room at the Conningbrook Hotel, Canterbury Road, Ashford, TN24 9QR on the first Thursday of every other month from 6:00pm-8:00pm. The meetings start with a presentation by a guest speaker, then after a break there is time for a general discussion between the group on the topic of the meeting.

Thursday 2nd October - Guest speaker: Specialist Nurse Counsellor, Jane Blackburn

Sheffield NRAS Group

Bi-monthly meetings for this group take place on alternate Thursdays and Saturdays at The Quaker Meeting House, 10 St James' Street, Sheffield, S1 2EW from 1:30pm-3:30pm unless otherwise stated.

Saturday 4th October - Guest speaker: Personal Trainer from Nuffield Health, Deborah Vaughan

You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
