The Care Quality Commission will be inspecting the services provided by Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust from 15th September 2014. Services being inspected include adult respite care, podiatry, sexual health services, community nursing support, dental services, community hospitals (such as Dereham), health visiting, outpatients, palliative care and physiotherapy.
The inspection team is very interested to hear experiences (both postive and negative) from anyone who has used services in the last 12 months. Responses must be received by Monday 1st September 2014.
