As I am so much better pain wise while I am between drugs my GP and RD consultant and biological rheumatology nurse have all advised. As many sunshine holidays over the next few months to dry heat destinations that we can afford. I'm interested to ask where do you find gives you relief?

I believe there is somewhere in Spain which has a very dry heat which gives tremendous relief

Hi Sunflower, We go to Puerto Pollensa in Majorca. It is not too hot as there is often a breeze. The promenade is very flat and great for easy walking. Very relaxing, makes you feel tons better. I have noticed there are a lot of disabled people there due to the flat promenade called the pinewalk. The sea is safe and easy to get into as well.

Enjoy, where ever you go!

Hya,

I hadn't traveled since being diagnosed 3yrs ago. We just got back from 7days in Egypt. (Sharm El Sheikh)

We had picked a hotel that had a private beach & free Spa access for Steamroom Sauna, plunge pool & jacuzzi that I used on a daily basis.

My shoulder & ankle pain melted away within the first day in the sun! so I enjoyed tons of activities. The cabs are super cheap too £1.50 to £4.00 a pop, so no need to walk anywhere. :D

Hope this helps
