  • Hi Sunflower, We go to Puerto Pollensa in Majorca. It is not too hot as there is often a breeze. The promenade is very flat and great for easy walking. Very relaxing, makes you feel tons better. I have noticed there are a lot of disabled people there due to the flat promenade called the pinewalk. The sea is safe and easy to get into as well.

    Enjoy, where ever you go!

  • Hya,

I hadn't traveled since being diagnosed 3yrs ago. We just got back from 7days in Egypt. (Sharm El Sheikh)

We had picked a hotel that had a private beach & free Spa access for Steamroom Sauna, plunge pool & jacuzzi that I used on a daily basis.

My shoulder & ankle pain melted away within the first day in the sun! so I enjoyed tons of activities. The cabs are super cheap too £1.50 to £4.00 a pop, so no need to walk anywhere. :D

    Hope this helps
