Please find details below of the NRAS group meetings and events taking place next week:

NRAS Group Meeting—Week Commencing 9th June 2014

Swansea NRAS Group

Meetings are held at Sketty Parish Centre, De La Beche Road, Sketty, Swansea, SA2 9AR from 7:30pm-9:00pm.

Car parking adjacent and full disabled access. 

9th June - Meet the new Consultant Rheumatologist, Dr S. Smale and members of his team 

Lincoln NRAS Group

Bi-monthly meetings for this group are held at The Ark, Moor Lane, North Hykeham, LN6 9AB on a Tuesday from 

7:00-9:00pm unless otherwise stated. 

10th June - Guest speaker: Phil Jessop, Newark Community First Aider will be teaching first aid and CPR etc. 

Weston-super-Mare NRAS Group

This group meets bi-monthly on a Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm (unless otherwise stated) at Asda Community Centre, Asda Stores Ltd, Phillips Road, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 3UZ. 

11th June – Denise Pope, Specialist Rheumatology Nurse

East Dorset NRAS Group

This group meets quarterly at the Howard Room, Christchurch Hospital, Fairmile Road, Christchurch, BH23 2JX. 

12th June 7:00-9:00pm - Practitioners from the Wessex Healthy Living Centre will be giving tasters of complimentary therapies such as reflexology and aromatherapy.

Pembury & Tunbridge Wells NRAS Group

Sunday 15th June from 2:30pm - Summer event at Tonbridge Racecourse Sports Ground - FREE entry for all. Join the group for a 'Ramble for RA' to kick off RA Awareness Week - there is a 1 mile course around the grounds, choose

between 1, 2 or 3 circuits! Refreshments will be available and there will be a cake stall raising funds for NRAS.

Family and friends are all welcome.
