Had rough night with pain and woke up with stinking headache and knee killing me, think steroid still working on rest of me, just hope this isn't the start of going down hill again!

Pains on a lot of people's menu, efecting a lot of us atm, I hope you can get the pains sorted soon and then start training for a marathon lol, we can only dream lol
