Thought after my steroid infusion I would feel much better, my typical luck though I still feel crap and in a lot of pain in my legs and hands. It's eased some of my other joints but not touched my hands and legs. Finding it very hard to be positive today

When did you have the infusion? I typically get a "steroid flare" for a day or two before the relief really kicks in.

Then you I think really need to phone the Rheumy helpline to get controlled. They may even want to admit you, at least that happened to me, then I got really good attention with 2 hourly gentle massage, cold packs, medication etc. and got more steroids even thou I had the infusion and it helped a lot xx

This sounds very distressing. I hope you have somewhere warm and comfortable to be. And watch the morphine! I hope they get back to you soon.
