That would be a doctor visit to check the nerves in your neck/ head. If it gets worse go sooner rather than later xxA also do you need a thyroid check or is it ok just now?

Thyroid stable at the moment but do have cervical nerve damage and my neck was bent as i was looking down.

I wondered as I had two prolapsed neck discs which leaned on my nerves and caused that feeling, fraud it's another ! Doc visit. I had mine removed and made a marvellous difference

im falling aprt...think i have to have surgery on my lumber spine, bulging disc in spinal cord. The cervical problem is long standing and all i rally know about it is that the nerves are compressed.

Definitely a doctor visit. Ask them specifically if they think it could be your neck. I get the same thing, and it can be dangerous if you are doing something that you need to be concentrating and then go all woozy. You could ask to see a neurosurgeon (not a neurologist) for a proper assessment of whether you have spinal stenosis - where the canal that the spinal cord goes through has got too small and is pressing on the spinal cord.

I too Complained about dizzy after bending down and standing up. The Dr said it was my adrenals not working for me and my blood pressure had dropped so he gave me supplements to help my adrenals yesterday. Hope they work.

Long term idea would be to try tai chi. It's based on making you more aware of your centre of gravity and helps with balance. That's just something that could help you over a longer period though. You may be able to get 1:1 sessions tailored for your particular needs.
