The last three days have been great no flare ups lets hope the Salfasalazine is working,no trapped nerve either still got the chest infection but the Anti/Bios are working slow but sure, I am going for a long slow walk just to get out is great.Hope we all have a good weekend.Matt

Aw, Matt, that is such good news! I want to go for a walk too, however, am buried, literally in 2 feet of snow, drifted up against my front doorand can't even push he door open! Still having blizzard conditions, since late afternoon Friday. Another Polar plunge expected Sunday morning to last all day!! Dewfinely the worst, most unrelenting winter I have lived through. And 2 more months of winter to go!! Yikes! This is very unusual, so climate changes are most def. happening!!

Be very careful out there!

Hi Lorann, Scotland is normally very cold at this time of year it's instead it nothing but rain it;s to get a bit colder next week,I walked 3 miles yesterday at a slow pace this was the first time in a month i have been out except when i am at work, Long mat it last. Mattt
