Please find details of NRAS group meetings taking place next week:

Swansea NRAS Group

Meetings are held at Sketty Parish Centre, De La Beche Road, Sketty, Swansea SA2 9AR from 7:30pm-9:00pm. Car

parking adjacent and full disabled access. 

27th January - Catrin Jones, Physiotherapist will be giving a talk on 'Treatments'

North Hampshire & Winchester NRAS Group

The following dates for group meetings are to be held at Central 40, Chineham Park, Basingstoke RG24 8WG on a Wednesday from 7:00pm-9:00pm unless otherwise stated.

 

29th January - Maggy Wallace will talk about the origins, use and regulation of complementary therapies, based on her experience of setting up The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council for the Department of Health.

Salisbury NRAS Group

The group meets bi-monthly at Sarum College, The Close, Salisbury SP1 2EE (free parking available) from

6:30pm-8:30pm on a Wednesday.

29th January - Some of the group will be sharing their stories of living with RA

St Helens NRAS Group

The group meets every other month in Room 8 at St Helens Town Hall, Victoria Square, St Helens WA10 1HP from 6.30pm to 8pm. There is a free car park at the back of the Town Hall (take first right off Birchley St) and disabled access via a lift to the left of the front steps. 

Thursday 30th January - 'Managing a Flare' by Elaine Williams, Clinical Nurse Specialist

You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
