I like using the tens machine for massage, does anyone else use a tens machine?

Yes i have a tens machine and it really does help me. I have arthritis in all my joints and it does ease the pain

I tried the Tens machine but can'nt use it as i got shooting pains up my spine when i tried.

Glad it works for you and you have pain relief.

Yes, I do like the massage, I try and turn it up as high as I can bear, lol
