Profile picture

Help me. I use a samsung tablet, when i go on to change my profile picture i tap choose file & nothing happens . I have even tried typing in the file name/number of the picture i want but nothing happens. What am i doing wrong? Xx Alison

Oh I had a terrible time trying to upload a pic I just kept trying and eventually it worked. Mind you I had to crop the pic so it was tiny! do you pics on your tablet? Is it not even letting you go to browse files?

same happened to me, I switched from internet explorer to firefox and it worked, if you don't have firefox it's free to download but make sure you un check un wanted advertising boxes as you go along!
