So glad you had a great time :). Never ever feel guilty about ' nighty' days the day after doing something that made you feel so good and happy! Just learn to ' give yourself permission ' to rest. We all have enough nighty/duvet days with this wretched disease when we feel rubbish mentally too but to have day like that when you feel happy is a real blessing! Much love x

I had a wonderful day out in the country on Saturday with friends and I'm still coming round from it! I was stuck to the sofa all day yesterday - that's when I managed to get out of bed....and like you, just been out shopping and am done in.

It's hard to 'allow' yourself to 'rest' but we have to do it don't we? I've stopped feeling guilty or being too hard on myself when the dreaded fatigue kicks in cos there's nothing we can do, is there? Fighting it will only affect us more mentally and we've enough on our hands being rheumatoid warriors on a daily basis without beating ourselves up over it....but I do find it very hard when my body won't do what my mind wants to!!!

Now you rest up and take care xxx
