Think this site should be up for it? I did nowhere else have I found such a large pool of empathetic individuals who understand the highs and lows of RA (and similar) also access to organised help and professional support (NRAS) lets get them on the list people.

The sun is shinning here in Ireland too but from some of the post on her today I'm thinking about staying out of it as much as possible......lots suffering from the high temps....I have the umbrella up and it is in the shade......maybe I'll try that. It doesn't seem right NOT sitting out in it.....I'll stick with the shade and umbrella....that'll still be nice wont it? Enjoy it all safely anyhow. XXx
