Aromatherapy

Years ago when I lived in Devon I had access to a vast array of complimentary therapies. I used crystal healing, massage, reflexology, acupuncture and aromatherapy. Now with limited funds I want to return to aromatherapy but could any of you delightful people out there let me know what essential oils do you use to help alleviate the symptoms of RA.

Thank you in advance for all of your replies.

The only oil is use is lavender oil to help me sleep! Sorry thats the obvious one too xx

I use lavender to help me sleep, and I also have some mixed oils to help with my psoriasis , and I also use tea tree for skin problems and menthol for colds etc, I did a days course at my local collage that gave us tips on what to mix for certain ailments and I usually go from the paperwork with what to mix for what?

If you can get to a Neals Yard shop, they have trained people who might be able to advise.
