Welcome Vicandpat , congratulations and well done on becoming smoke and nicotine free, that is great! How long is it now?

Unfortunately, one of the most common nicotine withdrawals is sleep disruption which is short term and just have to let it run its course as your brain and body rewires. You can do a few things to help though, avoid caffeine, deep breathing exercises while in bed. It will settle down.
