Update on speaking to family.....

Hi everyone, hope you are all doing well and enjoying the fabulous weather wherever you are!

I had a family gathering for my sisters birthday at my home over the weekend and as the weather so good we ate outside so I decided to corner off a section of the garden for them to smoke - put a bench and some outdoor ashtrays there just at the side of our garden shed, told them that was the only area where smoking was allowed, I didn't want to be an obsessed anti ex smoker and just said that I have it very difficult being around smoke and smokers, they were all surprisingly understanding but think what done the trick was having the area for them.....

Like finding this community, should have done this at the start of my quit, feeling so much better now it is remarkable - may be I am finally going to find peace with being an ex-smoker, thanks again to you all for your advice and support

And if course, a massive 'Yaaayyyy' for not joining in when others were smoking a few feet away from you. Not easy at all. 😃😎😃😃
